News in Pictures: Joseph Estrada Expected to Make Today Formal Declaration of 2010 Bid

Former Philippines President Joseph Ejercito Estrada answers question from a panelist during the Millenium Developement Goals (MDG) Leaders’ Forum held in Makati City on Oct. 14. Recently, Estrada has made known his intention to run for president in next year’s election. He is expected to make a “formal declaration” this afternoon in Tondo during the national convention of his United Opposition party.
