PHOTO OF THE WEEK:

BANGUED, ABRA -- Barges carry even jeepneys across the mighty Abra River, one of the five longest and largest river systems in the country.  They are the only means of reaching southern villages in Abra as no bridge has yet been made across this river which swells during heavy downpours.
