ON LIFE’S EDGE Her left hand apparently holding something perishable to be sold at the market later, this woman hangs on life’s edge as she chooses to sit on the wheel’s hub rather than inside the tricycle, with the intention of preventing her goods from getting damaged. Just the same, the driver takes his tricycle on this rough, dusty road by a large sugar plantation in bucolic Manapla, Negros Occidental, central Philippines.
