MANILA — The fisherfolk group Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas (PAMALAKAYA-Pilipinas) slammed today the Department of Tourism (DOT) for citing the Gigantes Islands in Iloilo province for closure.
