This boy looks anything but happy for having received a bucket of goods, courtesy of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as the pail loudly proclaims. Perhaps he understands, child though he may be, that the goods would, in a day or two, run out, outlasted by the pernicious effects of selling one’s vote for this pail of dole-outs.
