PHOTO OF THE WEEK

Wet Season

Known as the “Summer Capital of the Philippines,” Baguio City (246 kms. north of Manila) is teeming with tourists during the hot season as it remains relatively cooler compared to other Philippine cities. But Baguio is becoming gloomier these days as the rains start to come. Nevertheless life goes in Baguio as these women go about their daily lives armed with umbrellas. This seems to be a good habit to emulate as the rest of the country is starting to have intermittent rains. Are we experiencing the onset of the rainy season?
