Leyte Judge Allows Ocampo to Stay

Capulong, counsel for Rep. Satur Ocampo, announced in a gathering for
Ocampo at Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan, that the Leyte judge
granted the petition to allow Ocampo’s continued detention in Manila by
placing him under the custody of Local Government Undersec. Marius
Corpus. Capulong said that Ocampo would, thus, no longer be transferred
unless ordered by the Supreme Court.
