WAZZUP, KA BEL? 

No, Anakpawis representative-elect Crispin “Ka Bel” Beltran is not doing the sign of the cross in jest. He is enjoying himself after the proclamation of the winning party-list groups June 3 at the Commission on Elections office in Intramuros, Manila, as he is successfully coaxed to do the Wazzup, Wazzup thing by host “Kikiam Santiago.” In that same spiel the activist solon, an avid boxing fan and said to be himself a former boxer, was challenging National Security Adviser Norberto Gonzales to a fistfight, in lieu of the debate which he says the latter is not capable of engaging in.
