PHOTO
OF THE WEEK

Rowing to Boracay A generous smile on their faces and a skin of brown clay make this crew of young seafarers the subject of a candid snapshot on calm waters leading to Boracay, a favorite tourist island destination in central Philippines this time of the year. These young Aklanons row their own small boat ready to dive under the sea for marine shells and other products that sell like hotcakes to visitors, never mind the possible danger that lurks ahead.
