Bill to compensate martial law victims barely moving

It has been 26 years since dictator Ferdinand E. Marcos was toppled but the victims of tyranny have not received any compensation from the government.
A Family of Martial Law Victims
Romeo Luneta was only 19 when he joined Kabataang Makabayan (KM or Patriotic Youth). He was a student at the University of the Philippines College of Agriculture in Los Banos, Laguna, when he was arrested in October 1972.
