While the deaths of Alexander Martin Remollino, a journalist, poet and activist and of Medardo Roda, a pioneer in the driver’s movement in the Philippines, are a big loss to the Filipino people, their legacy of service to the marginalized and oppressed sectors of society will continue to live.
