In the Philippines, the absence of social services forces even the elderly to work to eke out a living. And the elderly woman in the photo looks prepared, with umbrella and all. But what she may have not prepared for is the probability that her income from selling cigarettes will take a plunge with the restrictions in smoking in public places. Where will she go then?
