Protestors encouraged Divisoria folk and people to also join the mounting protest against oil overpricing, Oil Deregulation Law and the Aquino-oil cartel collusion. “The Big 3’s overpricing of petroleum products and the threats that oil companies will be ‘adjusting’ prices twice a week make junking the Oil Deregulation Law even more urgent.” Lito Ustarez (KMU vice-chairperson) said.
