Seemingly unmindful of anything but play, but these young survivors of Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda suffer even more because of the State's disregard of their well-being. The structures around these children are rows of 11-square meter bunkhouses where the government wants them to stay after being forcibly evacuated from their community because of the so-called "No Build Zone" policy. (Relocation Site, Barangay Gogo, Estancia, Iloilo)
