Supreme Court Reynato Puno and the President of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines Archbishop Angel Lagdameo see the same thing when they look at the state of nation, under the Arroyo government, whether they look at it from the perspective of justice or of morality: moral depredation. Their proposed solution is likewise the same: the need for a moral force and revolution.
