Unless they are spidermen, workers doing a paint job at a four-storey building along Session Road, Baguio City, have dug their foot on their graves as they simply cling on to makeshift bamboo scaffoldings to support them without necessary harnesses to save them when matters get worse.
But who cares anyway but their own families who would tearfully approach their employers when an accident would happen.
