When the Filipino people voted last May 10, 2010, it is as much an act of indicating who their choice for president is, as it is an act of expressing their desire to finally say goodbye to Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo after nine years under a pathologically corrupt administration. Unfortunately, it is not yet so as Arroyo with a ‘legal’ sleight of hand was able to get herself ‘elected’ in Congress.
