Baguio City policemen are washing and cleaning the huge stone statues of Cordillera Heroes at the Igorot Garden, in yet another bid of the city to reclaim its “Cleanest and Greenest” tag. Recently, the city has been dubbed as “garbage capital” due to unresolved garbage woes.
