MANILA — The recent Chinese New Year celebration in Binondo, Manila, was fertile ground for street photography and documentation of the festivities, traditional and religious practices, commercial activities, and the quiet aspects of ordinary street life. Here is a glimpse into the culture of the Chinese-Filipino community and those who reside, visit, or try to make a living within the enclave known as Chinatown.
