MANILA — Netizens and activists meet up at Ayala’s Trinoma mall in Quezon City this Sunday (March 22), for a different kind of group selfie.
Wearing identical black T-shirts with #Sinungaling (Liar) written in white, and an iconized profile of President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III as Pinocchio, they nearly alarmed the mall’s security guards.
But they did not hold a rally, or chant or unfurl a placard. They relied on their T-shirts and PNoychio mime to say their message.
