Families staying in Ultra were given two options, either Balik Probinsya or Balik Bahay. And neither of the choices sounds good to them.
The elders are also finding it hard to leave in evacuation areas. Most of them are hoping to land a relocation site, as promised to them by Vice President Noli de Castro.
