The heap of citrus fruits rises to almost as high as the head of the stall owner caught by the camera at the public market in Baguio City (246 kms north of Manila). These citruses are from Nueva Vizcaya, a Cagayan Valley province which is touted as the country’s “Citrus Capital.” One can always be sure of finding these at the fruit stalls in the market here.
