This is what Bayani Fernando was telling the LGU's to help him relocate this families by the river.They won't help BF for fear that these people might not vote for them this coming elections.Yan siguro naman natuto na tayo.I think we should vote for this man Bayani Fernando for President in 2010.He is a Vissionary Leader w/ strong political will & great Managearial& administrative experience.As Engineer I'm sure he can Re-Engineer our country.
