In the light of the local court decision acquitting the suspect in the abduction of Jonas Burgos, Bulatlat is reposting this 2013 article showing how the military institution deliberately refused to turn over to the courts documents that could have determined what happened to Jonas.
The suspect, Army Maj. Harry Baliaga Jr., was first mentioned by the Commission on Human Rights report submitted to the Supreme Court on March 15, 2011.
