The Kilusang Mambubukid ng Pilipinas said on Saturday that they would not be able to celebrate Father’s Day today because their peasant leader Randall Enchanis and other activists are being persecuted by the Arroyo regime. Echanis (center, foreground) is a political detainee while Nilo Arado (left, foreground) is a desaparecido. Fermin Lorico was killed in Dumaguete City on June 10.
